Native to Mediterranean Sea, rosemary is a labiate herb with green linear leaves. Since rosemary contains various effective components, like carnosic acid, rosemarinic acid, carnosol, and these components can shows anti-senescence, antiseptic, antibacterial and antioxidant efficacies, so it�s widely used in foods, health care, medical and cosmetic products. Rosemary extract is natural and non-toxic, its antioxidant ability is far higher than other existing natural antioxidant like VC,VE and tea Polyphends(TP),and 2 to 4 times stronger than synthetic antioxidants like BHA and BHT. Main structure of active principle of it are stable and not easy to be resolved in high temperature of 190°C to 240°C.
